The Dennis Duchi Memorial Adaptive Golf Grant

Stand Up and Play Foundation and family is proud to remember our Board Director Dennis Duchi (4/17/1964-9/5/2023) who leaves a legacy of inspiration to all mobility challenged individuals. This grant is being used to honor his memory and dedication to the adaptive golf and mobility challenged individuals.

Dennis took his love of golf and used it to inspire those who have faced the challenges he did. He has asked you to join him in the adaptive golf community by honoring individuals who have passion for golf with this grant.

The Grant is up to $500.00 in financial assistance to identified adaptive golfers with entry fees to qualifying Adaptive Golf Tournaments. This grant honors veterans, first responders, children, and anyone with permanent mobility issues.

The Dennis Duchi Memorial Adaptive Golf Grant is open to people in the United States who encounter mobility challenges, and golf using an adaptive golf cart. If this is you, please contact us to get you on the road to your tournament goals.
